Paste Filling Machine

This type of filling machine is suitable for various paste materials, such as cosmetic cream, toothpaste, ointment, food paste, industrial paste, etc. It is customized according to the viscosity, fluidity and production capacity of the paste. The core characteristics are as follows: adopting piston pressure filling technology, which can effectively push the paste to fill, ensuring uniform filling and no residue; equipped with a precise metering system, the filling precision can reach ±0.3%, which meets the high-precision filling requirements of paste materials; the contact part with materials is made of food-grade or medical-grade materials, which is non-toxic, tasteless, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean; the filling head is designed with an anti-dripping structure, which avoids material dripping and pollutes the equipment and products; the filling speed can be adjusted according to the production capacity, and the number of filling heads can be customized (2-16 heads), which is suitable for various production scales. For paste materials with poor fluidity, we will configure a heating device and a stirring device to improve the fluidity of the paste and ensure smooth filling; for paste materials with particles (such as fruit jam, granular ointment), we will configure a special filling head to avoid particle blocking and ensure normal filling.

For example, threaded caps require a rotating capping mechanism, while press caps require a pressure capping mechanism.
