The 12-head servo piston filling machine is a linear high-speed viscous liquid filling equipment, specially developed for 1L PET plastic

bottles for daily care liquids. It is equipped with 12 sets of servo piston metering units, independently driven by servo motors. It can

adapt to daily chemicals of different viscosities, the filling volumecan be adjusted quickly with stable filling accuracy.The whole frame is

stainless steel, and product contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel, meeting hygiene requirements of daily chemical industry. Featuring

high production capacity, it is suitable for mass production in medium and large daily chemical factories. It can run as a standalone unit,

or combine with bottle unscrambler, capping machine and labeling machine to form a complete bottling line for care liquids, widely

used for laundry liquid, dish soap, body wash, multi-purpose cleaner and other products.
