5L-20L U-Shaped Disinfectant Large Drum Filling Line is a fully automatic integrated equipment integrating filling

machine, capping machine, labeling machine and bottle collecting turntable, tailor-made for 5L-20L disinfectant

large drum packaging scenarios. Adopting U-shaped layout as the core, it saves 40% floor space compared with

traditional linear filling lines. The drum feeding, filling, capping, labeling and bottle collecting stations are arranged

in order according to the U-shape, which is centralized and efficient, and can be operated by a single person as

a whole, greatly reducing labor costs. The equipment is default suitable for various standard large drums of 5L,

10L, 15L and 20L, compatible with various corrosive disinfectants such as chlorine-containing, medical and industrial

ones. The core filling machine adopts weighing-type measurement to avoid measurement deviation caused by

material temperature and concentration fluctuations, with stable precision; the supporting capping machine realizes

automatic capping and anti-loosening, the labeling machine realizes precise labeling without wrinkles, and the bottle

collecting turntable collects finished drums in an orderly manner, realizing full-process automation.The whole

equipment is equipped with leak-proof and corrosion-resistant design, and the parts in contact with materials are

made of corrosion-resistant materials, complying with GMP hygiene standards and industrial production
