The automatic 6-head powder filling & capping line is an integrated system composed of 6-head servo auger filling machine,

auto cap feeding capping machine and conveyor belt, which realizes fully automatic processes including empty bottle conveying,

6-station synchronous quantitative filling, auto cap sorting & feeding, constant torque screw capping. All material contact parts are

made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, the filling zone adopts closed dust-proof structure, equipped with PLC touch screen

intelligent control system, supports one-click switching of multiple powder formulas. Compatible with round plastic bottles,

glass bottles, metal cans and other containers, widely applied in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, fine chemical powder filling

industries. It can expand coding, checkweigher and labeling units on demand to build a full unmanned bottling line.
