Product Introduction
The vertical cap elevator sorting machine is the front supporting equipment for bottled automatic packaging lines, combining vertical climbing lifting and centrifugal directional sorting dual structures. A large number of messy caps can be put into the bottom large-capacity hopper at one time. The chain lifting structure conveys caps upward, matched with track limit, photoelectric correction and reverse rejection structures to automatically adjust cap direction, then deliver neatly arranged caps to discharge port to connect capping machines.
As the universal vertical standard model, it is compatible with barrel lids, flat caps, screw caps, pump caps and other caps. Equipped with independent variable frequency speed regulation system, it can freely match the running speed of the whole production line. The main body is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, waterproof, rust-proof and acid-alkali resistant. Fully automatic unattended operation replaces manual sorting and feeding, cutting labor costs, widely applied to bottled filling lines of daily chemicals, food, medicine, chemical industry and other fields.Main Advantages
