Product Introduction
This integrated liquid detergent bottling packaging line adopts linear servo piston filling structure with standard anti-drip suck-back
nozzles to avoid stringing and dripping contamination on bottles and conveyor belts. The whole line integrates filling unit, servo screw
capper, self-adhesive labeler, carton erector and case packer, matched with conveyor and PLC central control system. It automatically
and continuously performs bottle filling, screw capping, bottle labeling, carton erecting and finished bottle packing. Wetted parts are
food-grade stainless steel, suitable for medium & low viscosity daily care liquid. Stable operation and quick format change, ideal for
continuous automatic packaging of medium and small daily chemical factories.

Full line interlock test: single unit no-load test → material trial run → whole line signal interlock & stability test
